Starter Coaching Program

All coaching journeys begin here. Using an industry-endorsed screening tool, we assess your current nutrition, lifestyle, social support and goals. We identify food allergies, intolerances and any factors requiring referral. Then we design a personalised meal plan with your estimated energy requirements, macronutrient distribution and micronutrient focus — supported by behavioural change strategies and emotional check-ins each session.

Specialist sports nutrition coaching for recreational athletes and competitors.
